Portrait: Sweet 16 Beauty

We photographed Andrea for her Sweet Sixteen portraits right by their house in Hollywood. With just some half an hour to go before the party was to begin we walked around making full use of the late afternoon sun. The moment I met Andrea I was swept away by her exotic beauty emerging and beaming through her shy and classy facade. The bone structure, the look, the confidence and sense of humor – this girl’s gonna rock her world!

Fashion Photography: Ed Hardy’s Backstage

As I was putting together ULKARE’s profile on ModelMayhem I came across these photographs I shot awhile back doing the backstage and runway photography for Ed Hardy Swimwear 2010 at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim in Miami Beach. I tend to be really critical of photos I took some time ago always thinking of how I could have shot them better. Strangely enough, these are an exception. Look at how insanely gorgeous these girls are…

Maternity: Blues, Laughs and B&Ws

A belly photo shoot we did “on location” – right in the apartment of a fabulous couple, who at that time were expecting the little baby girl you could see in the previous posts. The daylight and cool whiteness of the walls played an unexpected trick and brought out gorgeous blue hues, which I just adore in these photos. The guys were all set for the little one arriving in a couple of weeks with STACKS of adorable clothes and a watermelon for the future dad, which he sneaked in to compete for his spot in the pictures. Loved it!
